1. Firstly, heat trat the flour, to do this pre heat your oven to 170°c/150°fan/gas 3½. Tip the flour onto a baking tray and put it in the oven for 2.5 minuets. Take out, mix then put back in for another 2.5 minuets. Then take it out a leave it to cool
2. Next beat the butter until smooth
3. Add the sugar then beat for 2-3 minutes until pale and creamy. Ad in the vanilla and mux through 4. Carefully sift in the cool flour and mix in until smooth.
5. Finally add in the chocolate chips
This is best served cool so you can put it in the fridge
