It’s the New Year and to be honest, in terms of keeping our New Year’s resolutions, the majority of us have already failed spectacularly.  However, the Style Team are here and are bringing some tasty new smoothie recipes with them to help you to get back on track with your “staying healthy” regime.



The Recipes

For the immune booster smoothie you will need:
  • Greek yoghurt (can be substituted with juice)
  • Ginger
  • Lemon and lime juice and zest
  • Pineapple pieces
  • Spinach
  • Kiwi
  • Cucumber



For the energizing smoothie you will need:
  • Honey
  • Pineapple
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Lemon juice
  • Blood orange juice
  • Greek yoghurt
